Gyral continues its tradition of innovation with the release of the Turf Rehydration Applicator (TRA).
The TRA is designed to sow water crystals and fertiliser at the root depth of grasses in parks, playing fields, golf courses and other large grassed areas. The water crystals store water and release it on demand to the grass. This can reduce water consumption by up to 50%.
The TRA was designed by Gyral, in conjunction with Water Conservation. Gyral uses its patented pressurised bin technology, along with a tyne and press wheel assembly, to sow the material at the desired depth (100mm) with minimal disturbance to the ground surface.
